Delete your account

1. Open ZoneHunt and tap Account.
2. Scroll to Delete account and data.
3. Read the warning and confirm Delete permanently.

Guest accounts have the same deletion control, labelled Delete guest account and data.

• Your ZoneHunt authentication identity and email, if supplied.
• Your player entries, current and saved location records, and game telemetry.
• Matches you hosted and associated match events and recaps.
• Match recaps in which your identity is recorded.
• Your ZoneHunt access and game-limit records.

Records required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance may be retained only as permitted by law.

Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first using the Manage Subscription button in ZoneHunt or your store account. Store transaction records are controlled by Apple or Google.

Email us from the address associated with your ZoneHunt account. Include “Account deletion request” and your Support ID if you have it. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data.
